We are distributing all the papers among all the members of the scientific committe. These members have the task of checking and correcting all the papers and sending them back before the deadline (1st July). Each one of the members has 2 papers to check, and each paper has 2 reviews, at least.
There are a couple of papers still missing, whose authors have apologised for the delay, but most of the papers have already been sent to the committee for the review.
From the 32 abstracts received 2 months ago, we have 30 papers confirmed. Unfortunately, two of the authors won't be able to attend to the conference.
Nevertheless, we have a list of pending papers ready to fulfill any gap in the program.
Meanwhile, the number of sponsorships increases and the delivery of the letters starts bearing fruits. The Conference is getting well known!
