Last days to apply for the 24h‑MOM Travel Awards for odour conferences

   The deadline to apply for the 24h‑MOM Travel Awards is approaching. These travel grants are designed to support students attending conferences, congresses, workshops, and advanced courses on odours, air quality, and olfactometry during 2026 and 2027. 

    Funded by the surplus generated within the 24h‑MOM (24‑hour Marathon on Odour/Odor Management), these awards target students in fields such as environmental or chemical engineering, biotechnology, microbiology, water and waste management, chemistry, environmental sciences, or other disciplines related to air quality and odour control.

   The grants can cover part of the travel, accommodation, registration fees, and other costs associated with events organised or co‑organised by entities such as the A&WMA, ISOCS, DOS, WEF, IWA, AMIGO, CASANZ, AIDIC, JAOE, KLPOC, VDI/DIN, and other groups active in the odour field, provided the event takes place between 2026 and 2027.

   If you have not yet submitted your application, you have until April 25 to do so. We encourage you to review the eligibility criteria, prepare the required documents (application form, motivation statement, summary of your contribution, a supporting letter from your supervisor, and a brief CV), and submit your application before the deadline.
