China conference    The International Conference on Bio-chemical Processes for Air Pollution Control will take place the 25-27 of July 2021 in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, China.

   This time, the conference is organized by Volatile Organic Pollution Prevention and Control Professional Committee of Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, Zhejiang Ocean University, and Tianjin University. The conference aims to further reduce the emission of waste gas and promote the application of biotechnology. You can find the programme and addiotional information how to register here.

apea webinar   The 2nd edition of the International Webinar “Odours Monitoring and Treatment” organised by the Portuguese Association of Environmental Engineering - APEA (Associação Portuguesa de Engenharia do Ambiente) will take place this time online on May 31st. This event is free and open upon registration.

   APEA is a non-profit association formed by around three thousand environmental engineering professionals and is part of the consortium DNOSES which received funding from the European’s Union Horizon 2020 under grant agreement No. 789315. The program of this new edition is the following one:

NOSE2020   The COVID pandemic period has yielded the need for more and more hybrid or virtual events. The NOSE2020 conference, organized by AIDIC and Politecnico di Milano, was held as an online event, from 19 to 21 April 2021, delayed from the original date September 2020.

   The organizers decided to hold an online event due to the global travel restrictions, ensureing the safety of attendees, so unfortunately, we were not able to visit the incredible city of Taormina, Sicily, nor meet all our colleagues that we have not seen in person for over a year.
